Register a Location

Listing your property in our locations library is fast, easy and free. Our locations library is viewed daily by top of the line producers, directors, locations scouts and photographers for feature films, print and other production field related jobs. Having your property listed is a demanding challenge but the monetary benefits are great. Often your property is visited prior to booking your property for a shoot, this enables the client to fully see the location and coordinate the shot or picture. Locations fee vary by location and requirements. You must be able to meet and agree to the clients rate, requirements and fee in order to get booked. We will represent your property, providing you with information, insurance and a contract for the shoot. We will immediately notify you to arrange a rate or schedule a visit to your property. Being listed in our library does not guarantee that your property will get chosen. There is no fee paid to us by you or the property owner when your property is booked for a shoot, this fee is paid by the client at no cost to you. We prepare and coordinate the requirements for the shoots this includes all proper permits, parking for the crew and other important factors that may be necessary to use your location.

We do require you submit pictures with your listing. We have several options on how to submit your pictures which is explained when you register.

PICTURES OF YOUR PROPERTY

There are 2 options that you have submitting your pictures in our library. You can take the pictures yourself or have a professional photographer for a $200. fee come and take professional pictures of your property and upload the file for you. When taking pictures make sure there is enough light and that the picture is clear. Make sure and photograph all features in your property. The more pictures submitted the better chance you have of getting noticed. Photograph the interior and exterior including your yard, all rooms from different angles (see below) and other points of interest and special features on your property.

ANGLES TO SHOOT FROM:

All pictures must be submitted with a registration form for the property. Once submitted we will contact you and confirm your registration. There is no fee to submit the pictures and file.
